Procurement of Funding; Secretarial.
We aim to offer help to anyone lacking in self confidence, for
whatever reason, to meet with like minded people and develop their
levels of self confidence through performance of a piece of
theatre.
FUNDING:
The group is funded by an annual round of grant applications to a variety of
grant bodies in Yorkshire, Humberside and nationally. Ticket prices are intentionally kept to a minimum to encourage local people to attend who might not otherwise be able to afford City centre prices or who might not be interested in professional theatre performances. For this reason, tickets represent a small proportion of our income.
PERFORMANCES:
Planning begins each year in the spring, and a production is prepared for
performance in the Autumn. All members of the group are
involved at all stages from ideas through to performance.
